Bamboo Bike Co-op shop

This is a cool organization and it looks like a fun activity. You can build your own single-speed in their workshop. And it is literally made of bamboo.

There are workshops in Brooklyn and San Francisco.

They range from about $600 without components or about $900 for a complete bike.
